After many years as renters, primarily in Northern California, we decided recently that the time was right to settle here in Pacific Palisades and to purchase our first home.  We found and purchased our dream home, and we couldn´t be happier.  One of the best parts of the whole home buying adventure was the wonderful experience we had with our real estate agent, Laurie Hudson. 

As busy professionals with only superficial knowledge of the area, we recognized that we needed a buyer´s agent who combined experience, knowledge of the local market, and top notch customer service.  We selected Laurie after interviewing several local agents, and it was the best decision we could have made.  She delivered beyond our expectations in every regard.  Her vast experience served us well at every stage of our process.  She was able to address all of our many questions and issues, and where additional expertise on a specialized or complex issue was required, her network of professional contacts supplemented her own experience.  Her knowledge of the local market helped us spend our limited free time looking at the properties that were right for us.  Once we found our dream home, her advice was invaluable in negotiating a great deal.  As for customer service, Laurie is simply the best.  She was fully engaged in our process from start to finish, always available for even our basic questions, very responsive and flexible, and a real delight to work with.  She turned a potentially stressful process into a very fun and rewarding one that we´ll always remember.

After almost a year, Laurie is still there to help us with questions and advice about our new home, the local area, recommended contractors, etc.  If and when we ever decide to sell our dream home, we will certainly choose Laurie to represent us.  We give her our highest recommendation.
